About

Russell knows you can change, but it’s not going to happen by accident.

Dynamic, challenging and off-the-charts creative, Russell is a powerful catalyst for change.

With methods as unusual and entertaining as they are effective, watching Russell in action is spellbinding.

Just give him a flipchart and stand back as he wields his ever-present big pens, fearlessly disrupts the status quo with boundless kinetic energy, inspires real-time behaviour change and leaves a lasting impression.

Russell’s a natural-born teacher who will help you soar but is too honest to say you can achieve anything. Listen and learn how success and personal growth follows finding your purpose… and doing the hard yards.

In former lives an award-winning architect, academic and after-dinner speaker, Russell’s sweet spot is in front of hundreds for up to three hours with a flipchart and a pen. (But, if you offer haggis, he will still do a poignant and hilarious Immortal Memory to Robert Burns or an illuminating hour on Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater.)

Russell has a 40-year passion for political oratory and is an outstanding debater; he won the JCI National Debate Final six times, four as team captain; has been in the media critiquing politicians’ speaking abilities and judged the JCI World Debate Final in Las Vegas.

He lives in his last architectural project, an Art Deco-styled house, is a practising Stoic and makes frittata every Friday.
