Sometimes simple is best; it’s certainly beautiful.

Asparagus and mushroom, with red onion. Some potato is good, but fine if that’s not your mood.

Par boil the asparagus for a smidge or, get them on an hot oiled ribbed frying pan with buttah and lemon… char them!

And fry the mushrooms, l sometimes  crisp ‘em).

Parmesan in top and a squeeze of lemon 🍋, but this one ain’t for getting a crust on top, keep it pale.

Top Tips:

This will get a wow or an ooooo or an ahhhh when it comes to the table.

Don’t overdo the asparagus, if you have a big bunch out it in a nice plate as a side.
