Comparison is a zero sum game, there will be someone snazzier over the horizon; develop an internal locus of control and know that bad sh*t happens to everyone.

🔥 Forgive Yourself Everything

Treat yourself as well as you treat your pet, your cat doesn’t even know she’s cat**; and be your best advisor, ready to forgive and hold yourself to account.

All those silver medals before Olympic gold illustrate success is hard won; choose your sacrifice wisely, then go on the adventure of your life.

🔥 Things can only get better?

Not so, anything can surely get worse; practise negative visualisation to steel yourself for inevitable setbacks and better appreciate all you have.
